Zac Efron, 21, and Megan Fox, 23, have been caught on a date last Tuesday night. Their royal hotness had an intimate dinner at Pace in L. A., Celebuzz reported.

According to a fellow diner, “they were very friendly and their faces were close when they talked.”

The rumor mill started when they were spotted flirting at the Golden Globes last January. Super-hot Megan Fox admitted that she had a crush on pretty boy Zac Efron. She said in one interview that: “What you don’t know is that Zac and I are the same person. It’s like Janet and Michael Jackson, we are the same person.”

Megan revealed recently that she is single now.

Megan Fox has been on an off-again, on-again relationship with Beverly Hills 90210 alumni Brian Austin Green. But lately, she has been linked to her Transformers co-star, Shia Lebeouf. In an interview with TV Guide, Brian dismisses the rumor that they have broken up, that their relationship has even become stronger. But what is true is that the engagement has been called off, but decided to remain together.

“We’re solid. We met on Hope and Faith. We’ve lived together for three years. We have tattoos of each other’s names,” he said.

Zac has been known for being loyal to her longtime girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens. The cute couple had been together since 2005 when they first co-starred in “High School Musical.”
