Funny yet dramatic movie of Sex and the City 2 will hit the Hollywood world this coming May 27.

After months of guesswork, the cast confirmed in February 2009 that a sequel was in the works. The filming began in August 2009 for a summer release. Chris Noth has also officially signed on to be the Mr. Big and of course, with the four stars ever, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, and Kim Cattrall will return in the sequel. It has been confirmed that , David Eigenberg will play Steve Brady once more, Evan Handler will be returning as Harry Goldenblatt, Willie Garson will return as Stanford Blatch and Mario Cantone will again play Anthony Marentino, making the original cast almost complete.

Michael Patrick King will be writing and directing again, and Patricia Field will once again take charge of the costumes and wardrobe

It’s the story of Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda wherein they’ll take another bite out of the Big Apple in the sequel to the 2008 summer blockbuster.

“It’s scary stuff,”—this was the statement of the Oscar winner Ruselle Crowe during the making of his new film Robin Hood.

Ruselle Crowe feared for his life while filming new movie Robin Hood. The Aussie actor said the battle scenes were a far scarier experience than those he faced in Oscar-winning blockbuster Gladiator.

“The scale of it is enormous. We had 130 horses doing a full-speed gallop charge into 600 guys on the ground.” He said.

“We had 15 people carried off the battle field at one point. One guy got his eye poked out with a pike. Another guy broke an arm and a leg falling off a horse. A number of other people had their wills broken because it was violent and anarchic. Totally crazy.” He added.

“Every man on a horse did half-a-dozen fight moves before spinning around and coming back. It can all go south very quickly.”

But you guys, I know, are very anxious of this new movie. We know that it will be successful and will again hit the stages.

So, totally crazy it is, yet very fulfilling. Yes?

An Oscar winner Ruselle Crowe of Gladiator will hit the crowd with his newest movie known by generations as “Robin Hood”. Here, he’s going to be the legendary hero and share his own perception of what Robin Hood’s life is.

Packed with adventures endured in popular mythology and bursting into flames of imagination, is set in 13 century of England, Robin and his posse of marauders meet head-on the corruption in a local village and lead a mutiny against the crown that will change the equilibrium of world power. The Robin Hood adventure chronicles the life of an expert archer, with only his self-preservation, from his service in King Richard’s army against the French. Hoping to earn the hand of Maid Marion and salvage the village, Robin lead a gang whose lethal mercenary skills are matched only by its appetite for life. Together, they begin to journey in preying on the indulgent upper class to correct injustices under the sheriff.

Directed by Neil LaBute, “Death at a Funeral” is a film that will eventually show a hilarious day in the life of an American family who comes together to put a beloved husband and father to finally rest. Strangely, as mourners gather at the site, appalling revelations, festering resentments, unsightly intimidations, blackmail and a misdirected corpse unleash a fatal and a disorderly chaos.

A remake  of the 2009 Bollywood comedy film Daddy Cool, which itself is a remake of a 2007 film also titled as Death at a Funeral, this movie, which is a sure hit comedy film,  will be having its debut release on April 23 distributed by Sony Screen Gems.

Peter Dinklage, who played Peter in the original film, will be reprising his role in the remake film will eventually try to surpass the classic film he once played a very significant role.

This flick is a re-imagining of the 2007 comedy, which was written by Dean Craig and directed by Frank Oz. While the original was set in Britain, the new film will take place in an urban American setting.

“Our marriage, there wedding”

From the director who gave us “The Wood” and “Brown Sugar”, Rick Famuyiwa brings us another romantic-comedy film about marriage and family rivalry in “Our Family Wedding”.

When the newly-engaged couple announced their early marriage, Marcus and Lucia finds their two competitive fathers can cause havoc and chaos in their very special day and that they learn the hard way before saying “I Do” to each other. Marcus and Lucia will find out that their path to happiness is not only filled with roses but there are also the thorns along the way and in the case of the couple, the thorns are the familial strife between the family of the groom and the bride.

A kid who will make “wimpy” cool, wise-cracking middle school student Greg Heffley casted by Zachary Gordon will venture the journey of somehow the scariest time of some person’s life – middle school.

Together with Rowley Jefferson played by actor Robert Capron, Heffley’s best friend, two of which must survive things under different circumstances in school and also get through other things like, their weird neighborhood kid Fregley casted by Grayson Russel, another thing is to wrestle with a tough girl named Patty Farrell played by Laine MacNeil, having to play outdoor Phys Ed games without shirts on, avoiding being killed by Greg’s older brother, Rodrick casted by Devon Bostick, getting very embarrassed by Greg’s mother, Rachael Harris as  Susan, and, worst of all, trying to avoid getting the infamous cheese touch, which was started by Darren Walsh casted by Harrison Houde.

Weird circumstances right? But those situations are going act as contributing factors that is going to make this movie peculiar and unique from the rest. Totally cinematic but is going to be personal which will eventually have the draw of touching the viewers and conveying a common message to the public.

Might sound and seem to be a simple flick, but eventually, upon its release on March 19, the movie will become a classic.

Alice in Wonderland makes history.

Grabbing the biggest 3D bow ever, also, touching the peak of being the best March release and the highest grossing movie ever with $41 million on Friday and $44.3 million on Saturday, Alice in Wonderland, really made a great difference.

Across the world, Alice blast to be the #1 almost everywhere after opening day and date in 40 territories beginning Wednesday. Disney narrowly avoided an embargo overseas when UK and other exhibitors were annoyed by the studio’s plans to shorten the theatrical-to-DVD window from 16 weeks to just 12 weeks.

With  3,728 North American locations this weekend, its total domestic 3D count is 2,063, plus 180 Imax 3D engagements. Gaining the pic post a $116.3M opening weekend with numbers superior to Avatar’s first Fri-Sat-Sun. IMAX on Friday had the biggest day in their history with $4.3M for Alice and one weekend take of $11+M also is a record for the big screen company.

Alice first public appearance gained her $94 million in 40+ markets representing only 60% of the international marketplace making the movie no. 1with $210.3M to Avatar with $242M only. Wonderland’s domestic total blew past Avatar’s.

This is a real huge blast of triumph to Walt Disney Studios. From $35+M of North American grosses for Disney’s 3D Alice In Wonderland, now it almost doomed to a real shot at $100 million weekend.
